Polypropylene(PP) back pressure valves are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment and other fields. The PP material back pressure valves we produce are used in conjunction with our pulsation dampers to effectively reduce water hammer damage to the system, maintain a certain constant pressure between the pump outlet and the back pressure valve, ensuring uniform and constant system flow rate
PP material has good corrosion resistance,it is suitable for various media with i lightweight, and easy to install,maintain. Moreover, compared with other materials, PP material is easy to process and has relatively cheap, which reduces the production cost of back pressure valves. Therefore, the PP back pressure valves are widely used in dosing systems and other fluid control systems that require cost control.

The Back Pressure Valve functions as an anti-siphon valve, preventing liquid flow or siphoning due to gravity. Additionally, the valve can decrease flow due to siphoning and regulate pressure fluctuations. Anti-siphon valves only permit water to flow in one direction.
Design features:
- With Diaphragm structure spring and the pressure can be adjustable.
- The wetted parts are only the lower valve body and the diaphragm and they are assembled with sealing rib which has good sealing effect and high sensitivity.
- Multiple materials of diaphragm are optional to meet the usage of different environments and scenarios.
