Working principle of RX11 series pressure relief valve:
The back pressure of the pressure relief valve is adjustable. The spring pressure can be changed by adjusting the adjusting nut on the upper valve body, thereby adjusting the diaphragm opening pressure and the pressure before the valve.
The fluid enters from the inlet of the pressure relief valve and is blocked by the diaphragm, so the fluid exerts upward pressure on the diaphragm. When the pressure is large enough, the spring is compressed, the fluid pushes up the diaphragm to form a channel, and flows out from the outlet of the pressure relief valve; if the fluid pressure is not enough, it will form a pressure, causing the inlet pressure to rise until it reaches the rated pressure, pushing up the diaphragm to form a passage.
