Stainless steel safety relief valves are widely used in various fields such as chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in air and various corrosive liquids. The stainless steel safety relief valve we manufacture adopts the design of stainless steel material for wetted part, commonly including SS304, SS316L, etc. The upper valve body material can be produced according to customers’ needs. Stainless steel pressure relief valves can operate stably for a long time in harsh working environments and have high corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Compared to other plastic safety valves, stainless steel safety valves can achieve a pressure of 2.5 Mpa or higher, which can meet some high-pressure usage conditions. The surface of the safety valve made of stainless steel is smooth, not prone to scaling, easy to clean and maintain which can reduce maintenance costs.

Safety relief valve is opened and closed automatically according to the working pressure of the pressure system. Safety valve is generally installed on the equipment of closed system or pipeline to keep the system safety. When the pressure in the equipment or pipeline exceeds the setting pressure of the safety valve, it will open automatically and relief the pressure to ensure that the medium pressure in the equipment and pipeline is under the setting pressures the equipment and pipeline can work normally to avoid accidents and losses.
Design features:
- With Diaphragm structure spring and the pressure can be adjustable.
- The wetted parts are only the lower valve body and the diaphragm and they are assembled with sealing rib which has good sealing effect and high sensitivity.
- Multiple materials of diaphragm are optional to meet the usage of different environments and scenarios.
