"The diaphragm pulsation damper adopts the design with upper shell,lower shell,and they are separated by a diaphragm in the middle,it is the most commonly used pulsation dampener. The biggest advantage is that the diaphragm separates the pre-filled gas from the liquid in the pipeline, which is convenient for maintenance. Under appropriate selection and pressure conditions, it can eliminate more than 90% of the pulses.
Capacity selection method: Multiplying the volume of each stroke (milliliters) by 10 the minimum volume that can reduce pulses by 90%."
Design features
*The diaphragm structure separates the medium and compressed gas to ensure long-term stable operation.
*Only the lower housing and diaphragm contact with the medium, and the diaphragm is made of rubber lined PTFE which processed by multi-directional rolling ,has good corrosion resistance and a long service life.
*support small diameter pipes’ installation to reduce costs. When used in conjunction with a back pressure valve, the pressure wave in the pipeline can be reduced to near-zero."
